Estate Sales are different from one to another. Our prices reflect local trends of the market and other like companies.

Two main types:
- Living Estate sales for downsizing or persons having to move into an assisted living or nursing home.
- Estate sales where families are liquidating a loved ones property after death.
We can provide clean out service prior to a sale if the circumstances warrant it for extra cost. We reserve the right to not accept a sale and will always recommend other companies who might work out better.
A signed contract with the person(s) who have authority over the estate is signed prior to any sale or clean out.
Home owners insurance and utilities must be in working order and provided.
We work mainly in the Waco/McLennan County area.
